Excellent hotel within walking distance of the old quarters of San Cristobal. It's a relaxing oasis with a great ambiance. Small courtyard gardens are perfect for catching up on reading. Excellent breakfast as well. If you are driving here, there's a small space for onsite parking, and if that becomes full, off-site parking is half a block away. You can't park on the narrow street

Ein schönes Hotel mit schönen Innenhöfen (einer zu Margarita der hinteren zu Estancia gehörend) und angenehmem Service. Die Betten könnten weniger weich sein, die Kissen weniger hart. Das Haus ist hellhörig, auch wg. der Innenhöfe und der fehlenden Teppiche, die bei niedrigen Temperaturen doppelt praktisch wären. Insgesamt ein sehr freundlicher Ort.

Quite nice. Lovely tranquil inner courtyard. Staff very cheerful and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. Giant bath towels. Great shower with easily adjustable water temperature. Off street parking. Close to restaurants and downtown.

Excepcional servicio. Hubo un problema con la habitación antes de que llegáramos y ofrecieron cambiarnos a una mejor habitación e incluirnos el desayuno como cortesía. El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo y acogedor. El estacionamiento está casi en la misma cuadra, aunque es pequeño y podría mejorar, sin embargo es la mejor experiencia que he tenido en San Cristobal

This place is incredible. Beautiful rooms and courtyards. It's so calming to be here, with water features and grassy areas. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I even took a picture of the model to buy one day!

Great room apart from the extremely soft beds where you completely sink in and wake up with a hurting back. Reception ranges from nice (a guy) to disappointing (a young lady). Hotel overall is beautiful with its inner yard. WiFi was not working properly and although we were assured multiple times they’d fix it, nothing happened. Room service was really good. Location sufficiently in the center and quiet. Amazing shower!

gran atencion de personal, cuando llegamos no habia internet y la chica nos ayudo a ubicar nuestros destinos con un mapa de san cristobal, igual nos oriento varias veces y fue amable, nos ofrecio esperar para tener una habitacion con vista agrego las fotos, la cama es increible!! y la presión del agua es fuerte lo cual es bueno porque habia frio y nunca fallo nada.

The hotel's restaurant is also a delightful experience for those passionate about good food. As someone who works remotely, the hotel's reliable and high-speed WiFi never failed and ensured seamless online work sessions. Moreover, the closeness to Central Plaza & Park further enhances the appeal of staying here. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, well ligthed , nice balcony with view to the courtyard. Rooms do not have heaters or AC, no telephone. No elevators. It is a hassle to park your car as parking lot is separate from the Hotel. Good location and close the restaurants, bars and stores. Very good breakfast and nice restaurant.
